1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Nexila — including UI/UX design, product strategy, web/app development, prototyping, and consulting — are customized specifically for each client.

2. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may include links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.


Because of this personalized approach:

  • Work begins after agreement confirmation and initial payment.

  • Time, expertise, and resources are allocated specifically to your project.

  • Services are non-tangible and non-returnable once delivered.

2. Advance Payments

To initiate a project, an advance payment (deposit) is required.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • This covers research, planning, discovery sessions, and initial design/development efforts.


If the client cancels the project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or transaction fees.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured in milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is paused or canceled mid-way, Nexila reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to that point.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partially completed design concepts, development work, or strategy documentation already delivered.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after project commencement

  • Change in business direction

  • Delays caused by client-side communication gaps

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after agreed revisions are completed


We encourage clear communication and requirement alignment before project initiation.

5. Revisions & Quality Assurance

Client satisfaction is important to us. Therefore:

  • Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

  • Feedback must be provided within the agreed timeline.

  • Nexila will make reasonable revisions within scope to ensure quality delivery.


Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional billing.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Nexila is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations, a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate project suspension

  • Legal recovery actions for services rendered
